HOW IT WORKS:

Filing a claim is simple — here’s the process:

  1. Email us at hi@renewredlight.com and include:
    1. Your order number
    2. A description of the issue
    3. Photos (if applicable)
  2. We’ll review your claim within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. You are responsible for safely packaging the original mask and sending it back to us.
  4. Once your original mask is received by us, your replacement ships out.

THE FINE PRINT:

  • Accident Protection begins the day you place your order and lasts:
    • 2 years from the purchase date (if you choose the 2-Year plan)
    • 3 years from the purchase date (if you choose the 3-Year plan)
  • The replacement mask comes with a new 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty starting from its ship date. Additional Accident Protection can be purchased if desired, but is not included with the new mask.
  • Free shipping is always included for replacements.
  • All claims are subject to approval based on the Terms & Conditions of the plan
