Incredible addition to my skin routine. At my age, I need all the help I can get. I try to wear it for 30 min at least 3-4 times per week and notice less puffiness around my eyes including a softening of fine lines. I’ve been using the small panel on my shoulder, which has impingement. Physical therapy didn’t work well for me so I’ve turned to alternative treatments to avoid surgery.
