Duration & Frequency: You can safely use The Large Panel every day to achieve maximum results! For most people, 10-20 minutes per session, 3-5 times a week, is effective.

Protective Eye Gear: Our red light therapy devices come equipped with UV400 goggles for comfortable and effective eye protection. We recommend wearing these goggles during each session to enhance your comfort and ensure optimal safety. Slip them on, relax, and let the light work its magic.
