Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the optional Accident Protection Plan (the “Plan”) offered for the Renew Red Light Mask (“Covered Product”). This Plan is provided by Renew Red Light, LLC (“Renew,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the original purchaser (“you” or “your”) who opts into coverage during checkout or within 14 days of product purchase.
1. What This Plan Covers
This Plan provides 1 replacement device coverage in the event of:
- Accidental damage (e.g., drops, cracks, spills)
- Electrical failures and malfunctions
- Manufacturing defects after the original 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty expires
- Fast, no-deductible replacements
- Free shipping on all approved claims
- Includes up to 1 replacement device per plan
2. Coverage Period

Replacement units received under a claim come with a new 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Accident Protection coverage does not renew unless a new plan is purchased (must be purchased within 14 days of device delivery).
3. What’s Not Covered
This Plan does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, normal wear and tear)
- Damage due to abuse, misuse, neglect, or intentional damage
- Loss or theft of the product
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Issues caused by not following product care or usage guidelines
- Commercial use (unless explicitly approved in writing)
- Pre-existing damage or defects before the Plan was purchased
4. How to File a Claim
To file a claim:
- Email us at hi@renewredlight.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
- We’ll review your claim within 2 business days.
- If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. You are responsible for safely packaging the product and sending it back to us.
- Once your original device is received by us, your replacement ships out.
We determine the coverage eligibility of Your Covered Product based on this Plan document and the information you provide to us when you submit your claim. If we find the nature of the damage to be different from what you report to us, your claim might not be covered under this Plan.
5. Limit of Liability
The maximum we will pay under this Plan is equal to the original retail price of the Covered Product. After a full replacement is issued, the Plan is considered fulfilled and expires.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel this Plan at any time by contacting us at hi@renewredlight.com. If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, and no claim has been filed, you will receive a full refund. After that, the Plan is non-refundable. Renew Red Light may cancel the Plan if fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of coverage is identified.
7. General Conditions
- This Plan is only valid in the U.S.
- This Plan is non-transferable
- Renew Red Light reserves the right to modify or update this Plan at any time. Changes will not affect existing active coverage.
