I have had my large panel for almost two months now and I have seen a huge jump in my overall recovery. Using my Whoop to track my recovery, I have seen an almost 10% increase in my recovery since beginning to incorporate the Renew red light panel into my routine. I use it everyday, if not twice a day. Incredible addition to my skin routine. At my age, I need all the help I can get. I try to wear it for 30 min at least 3-4 times per week and notice less puffiness around my eyes including a softening of fine lines. While I’ve only had it a little over a month, the most significant changes I’ve seen are a more radiant glow to my skin. I’m very happy with the results so far.

I’ve been using the small panel on my shoulder, which has impingement. Physical therapy didn’t work well for me so I’ve turned to alternative treatments to avoid surgery. My current regime includes using the small panel regularly combined with rest, cupping and massage. It almost brings me to tears thinking how this routine has healed my shoulder. I used to not be able to hold my child on the right side, and now i can. I typically use it 3 times a week after I’ve exercised using my arms/shoulder. Where I used to feel a ton of pain the next day, I feel none now. I cannot recommend this enough and it’s so easy to use while stretching or watching TV!
